  In April, 2008, Doug's good friend and bandmate, Mike Kaufmann, sent this image to the website, saying:   I wanted to forward this great old photo of me and Doug that my mother had stashed away for years. It was my birthday this last Saturday and she had the photo enlarged and framed as a birthday gift. Anyway, Doug and I were about 16 years old and we were on a ski trip with my family up at the Bear Valley Ski Resort.
