Notice the woman at the right with her camera.  Ten years ago, nobody but a professional photographer would have even attempted to take pictures in an exhibit with this lighting.  Digital photography has changed that: about one in ten patrons appeared to be snapping pictures with everything from cell 'phones to high-end digital SLR's.  They appeared to be happy with their results, too -- I certainly was happy with mine.
