The Hyland's Burren Hotel in Ballyvaughan.

If O'Ronnie had lunch in the restaurant portion of the hotel, she was someplace behind the nearest three windows on the ground floor.  If she lunched on pub grub, that would have been in the red, older structure at the far end.  Diane and I had a great time there on our second night, enjoying Guinness and local music -- in other words, just like we would have at any of thousands of other pubs on the island.
